SHIPPING INFORMATION

We process and ship all orders within 3-5 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (when applicable).

  • Domestic Shipping (Canada): Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days.

  • USA & International Shipping: Times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Please note: shipping delays due to weather, holidays, or postal service issues are out of our control.

 

COLOR & MEASUREMENTS

All products at Leaf & Lull are either handcrafted or photographed under natural lighting. Due to variations in monitor settings, lighting, and handmade finishes:

  • Color may appear slightly different in real life compared to on-screen.

  • All measurements are approximate and noted to the best of our ability. Minor differences (±1–2 cm) may occur.

We appreciate your understanding of these small, natural variations.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Because many of our products are handcrafted, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged, please email us at leafandlullhomedecor@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with:

  1. Your order number

  2. A clear photo of the damaged item

  3. A brief description of the issue

We will be happy to send a replacement or offer a refund if necessary.

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country.
